DPP Youth Director Norman “Pythius Hiwa” Chisale has set in motion his terror network to ensure the slated 28th May demonstration in Mzuzu end in bloodbath, the Pangolin has stumbled on more revelations on this heinous plan.

Chisale, a failed Army Corporal himself, has recruited at least 400 retired army soldiers and police officers for the purpose of disturbing the demonstrations in the north and other areas across the country.

A former Army sergeant confided to the Pangolin that the recruits have been promised MK200,000 each to ensure mayhem and total chaos.

The sources, who we have independently verified, have revealed that Chisale has shipped in about 1000 Malawi Police, which are supposedly to be worn by these paid up ex-military men and police men to wreak havoc.

The idea is to put incumbent President Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera at loggerheads with the northern region where he is currently enjoying unequaled popularity amongst voters.

Remembering the July 20, 2011 DPP massacre

Opposition DPP ratings significantly dropped in the northern region following the July 20, 2011, DPP slaughtering of more than 20 people during an anti-Bingu Wa Mutharika demonstration. DPP is on record as having disregarded voice of reason concerning the contentious quota system in education circles.

The party, through it’s then southern region Vice President and Peter Mutharika’s close confidant George Chaponda declared that DPP can do without the northern region vote.

“The DPP has had a hard time making inroads in the northern region because of its background. The idea is to ensure carnage which will be apportioned to the Malawi Congress Party,” the source said.

We will give you more as this story still unfolds.
