Blantyre South-East DPP MP Sameer Suleman caught distributing beer and some also saw some chamba being distributed to party hooligans who were sent to destabilize recent parliamentary primary elections which he won to the surprise of many as his popularity has been going down in the constituency. Probably, the hooligans really did work.
